The location is convenient for work, and the full kitchen with utensils made meal prep easy. Unfortunately, the thermostat was broken, and I encountered plumbing issues twice during my stay. Additionally, the noise from the room above was disruptive, making it hard to relax.

Cozy bed, spacious bathroom, with a fully stocked kitchenette that had everything we needed, including a full-size refrigerator and clean towels in the nice-sized bathroom.

Had an awesome stay! The pool was super refreshing and the BBQ area was perfect for a family cookout. Only bummer was that the A/C made everything feel a bit damp, but it didn’t ruin our trip at all. 😊

We enjoyed the warm hospitality and the comfort of our room while checking out the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion for a concert and taking a relaxing cruise via water taxi. The amenities like the outdoor pool made our time even better.
Finding the hotel was a little tricky since there wasn't a visible sign posted on the road, which made it difficult to locate it at first.

It was just a smart choice for a mini-vacation in The Woodlands with good value considering price it charged. The staff was friendly and even took the time to help me locate some items I left behind after check-out. Make sure to double-check your room before leaving to avoid lost items.

The King Studio Suite offered a spacious layout with a functional kitchenette, perfect for extended stays. A large bathroom with ample hot water and a decent HD TV made the experience more comfortable.
Unfortunately, our room's air conditioning made everything damp, which is not ideal for a relaxing stay. The hotel was undergoing renovations, resulting in a power outage that affected the small TV, and parking was limited and difficult to navigate. Sparse furnishings left us with only one old chair covered in duct tape, which was inconvenient for guests needing more seating. The lack of breakfast and the broken coffee machine in the lobby were disappointments, too. Not to mention, there was no place to put luggage except on a small table due to limited space.
